The website(s) https://remedymeducation.com, and any related subdomains (hereinafter the “Site”) and any content therein (defined below) are owned and operated by Remedy MEDucation LLC (hereinafter “We,” “Our,” or “Us”). By accessing this Site, you (the “User,” “Visitor,” “Customer,” or “Purchaser”) agree to the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”).
The Terms form a legally binding agreement between You and Us — whether or not You read them in full. By continuing to use Our Site and accessing the Content (defined below), You agree to be bound by the most updated version of these Terms. If You do not agree with any provision herein, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
If You are under age 18, You may only use the Site with the consent of Your parent or legal guardian. Please ensure Your parent or guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with You.
NOTICE OF ARBITRATION & WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION:
Pursuant to Section 14 below, You agree to binding arbitration and waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
1. Term and Survival
These Terms take effect as of Your first use of the Site and remain in force as long as You access or use the Site (the “Term”). Upon termination, You must cease all use of Our Site and Content. Sections relating to Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, Non-Disparagement, and Severability shall survive termination.
2. Your Access to Our Site
Our Site contains educational content, courses, videos, slides, handouts, designs, logos, and resources that are the intellectual property of Remedy MEDucation LLC or licensed to Us (collectively, the “Content”).
Your purchase or access permits personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, sell, or use the Content for any commercial purpose without Our prior written consent. Violation of this limited license will incur liquidated damages of $5,000 per violation, plus reasonable attorney fees and costs.
We may at any time remove comments or disable interactive features for any reason.
3. Purchases
All purchases of courses, memberships, guides, or digital materials (collectively, the “Courses”) are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Teachable Pay). By purchasing, You agree to be bound by their terms and privacy policies. You release Us from claims arising from Your use of such processors.
By completing a purchase, You authorize Us or Our payment provider to charge Your selected payment method for the total amount of Your order, and You agree to maintain accurate billing information. All applicable taxes and fees are Your responsibility.
We reserve the right to decline orders for suspected fraud or any reason at Our discretion.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and educational nature of Our Courses, all sales are final and non-refundable.
5. No Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes for purchases made on Our Site. Any unauthorized chargeback will constitute a material breach of these Terms, and You agree to reimburse Us for associated costs and fees.
6. Your Account
Upon successful payment, You will receive an email with login instructions for Your Course account (“Account”). You must keep Your login information confidential and not share it with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts at Our sole discretion for violations of these Terms.
7. User Content and Community Conduct
Any comments or posts You share on Our platform or social communities (e.g., Kajabi Community, Facebook Group) may be public. You agree not to post content that is harassing, defamatory, infringing, illegal, or offensive. We may remove any content at any time without notice.
8. Educational Disclaimer
Our Courses and resources are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Remedy MEDucation LLC does not establish a provider-patient relationship with You through this Site. Always consult Your own licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical decisions or concerns.
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, certifications, or career results from using Our Courses.
9. Course Access and Changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue Courses at any time without notice. Price adjustments or discounts after Your purchase do not entitle You to a refund or credit. We may migrate Courses to new platforms (e.g., Kajabi to Teachable) with reasonable notice; access remains Your responsibility.
10. Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” REMEDY MEDUCATION LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Remedy MEDucation LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Your use of the Site or Courses. In no event shall Our total liability exceed the amount You paid for the specific Course giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remedy MEDucation LLC, its members, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from Your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution & Waiver of Class Action
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration through JAMS within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Arbitration shall take place in Portland, Oregon, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Parties shall share arbitration costs equally.
By agreeing to these Terms, You waive Your right to a jury trial or to participate in any class action lawsuit.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of Our rights under these Terms.
