Endometriosis takes an average of seven to ten years to diagnose, and the standard playbook after diagnosis is thin: hormonal suppression, a laparoscopy referral, and a follow-up when the pain comes back.

This course walks through chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis with a FiGs-based workup covering hormonal, immune, inflammatory, gut, pelvic floor, and neurologic drivers, plus a treatment framework that goes past suppression and surgery.

This is a collaborative course. Lillian brings 15 years of specialty depth in endometriosis and complex pelvic pain. Stacy brings the FiGs Framework and the systems-level workup. The disease and the physiology around it, in one framework.
